Generator Sales Engineer
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in equipment sales; experience in generators is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Valid driver's license and driving skills are mandatory (car allowance provided).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Resident of Greater Cairo.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide support to the sales team when required.
- Conduct daily visits to assigned customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and develop the customer database.
- Provide market feedback regarding products and customer needs.
- Resolve issues and challenges to ensure successful sales operations.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports and analyses covering all sales activities and customer visits.
- Gather and analyze market information and competitors' activities to maintain a detailed and up-to-date competitive assessment.
- Coordinate with the Collection Department to ensure the collection of customer payments related to sales activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure that all customer complaints are addressed and resolved effectively.
